Cooking Bariani Olive Oil 1L

Bariani makes their oil with olives grown on their ranch in California. The olives are hand harvested to avoid bruising and the oil is extracted soon after harvest. The oil is kept cold and unfiltered to preserve its raw qualities and stored in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks until bottling.
